Pursuant to the Company's news release dated May 11, 2026, the Company plans to seek shareholder approval to change its name to Mining Americas Inc. at its annual general and special shareholder meeting to be held on June 25, 2026. The company's shares will continue to trade under the existing tickers on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") and OTC Markets ("OTCQX"). The name change is also subject to TSXV approval.
